Terms & Conditions

The participant must be an authorized dealer sales representative (18 years or older) for Cherryman products and a resident of the United States. Spiffs are valid on purchases at standard discount only.

Payments are issued once monthly for the previous month’s paid invoices. Dealership accounts must be current with Cherryman to receive timely payment. Cherryman is not responsible for errors in computation. All Spiff Rewards will be paid to the salesperson or designated payee registered on each purchase order. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant. Spiff registrations not received within 90 days of invoice date will be forfeited.
